In this 7-minute guided meditation, Softening Into What’s Here, we practice allowing the body, breath, and experience to be just as they are. Rather than trying to feel a certain way, we begin to notice what happens when we stop pushing, fixing, or resisting.

Love, in this practice, is not dramatic or something we manufacture.
It is a quiet quality of presence — a softening, a willingness to be with what is.

This meditation is especially supportive if:
