7-Minute Meditation

As January comes to a close, this 7-minute guided meditation invites you to explore what it means to live with your energy rather than manage it.

Rather than working on energy or trying to improve it, this practice offers a softer approach — listening, settling, and allowing energy to move in its own natural rhythm. You’ll be guided to notice effort and ease in the body, to sense steadiness without strain, and to rest in awareness without needing to direct or fix anything.

This meditation is especially supportive if:

  • you’ve been practicing mindfulness and want to integrate it into daily life

  • you feel tired of “doing the work” and want something more sustainable

  • you’re exploring flow, balance, and gentler rhythms

  • you want to close the month with simplicity and trust
